I am thrilled to share that I’ve reached a significant milestone of 10,000 followers here on LinkedIn and have officially gained the status of micro influencer. This achievement is a testament to the incredible support and engagement from each one of you. Thank you for following me, engaging with my content, and being part of this journey. Your comments, shares, and messages have been the driving force behind this accomplishment.

However, this milestone comes with a bittersweet note. Despite this growing community, I have recently observed that, systematically, my messages reach less than 10% of you. This limitation is particularly disheartening as it seems to stem from restrictions on the dissemination of my content. Such constraints, especially around political views, feel like an infringement on my freedom of expression and border on censorship.

In a professional environment like LinkedIn, fostering open and respectful discourse should be paramount. It’s disconcerting to witness these barriers to communication, which I believe are intolerable on a platform dedicated to professional growth and knowledge sharing.
