The Seagrill, Bruxelles, led by chef Yves Mattagne, can provide a real treat for seafood lovers in a modern and sleek ambience, within the Radisson Blu Hotel. Two very well deserved Michelin stars for this restaurant which is always a pleasurable experience for quality of service and sophisticated seafood cuisine.
The Ivy Chelsea Garden, London, is always a guarantee of good food and excellent service. Definitely my favourite for having dinner with friends in Chelsea and at the top of my favourite restaurants in London
Delicious seafood specialities, at Trattoria Il brigante, one of the best seafood restaurants in Monopoli for quality of food and service, surely one of my restaurants in Apulia. Excellent preparation of mixed hot starters to be shared at the table and tasty main courses of freshly caught seafood.
With a fresh fish bar to choose from and simple but delicious dishes, Seaside restaurant at Gendarmenmarkt in central Berlin is a great attraction for seafood lovers. No surprise this has definitely become my favourite restaurant in Berlin.
A great discovery within the busy Borough Market in Southern London, Fish! is a very nice seafood restaurant, with fresh produce and great customer service, probably one of my new favourites restaurants in London. With a menu that includes classic preparations, like fish and chips and grilled fish, as well as more creative dishes, any seafood lover can find an inspiring match for their taste.
A brand new and ambitious restaurant in the up and coming Polignano a Mare, Jamantè has all the right ingredients to become a point of gastronomic excellence in Apulia. Strongly recommended their tasting menus prepared by chef Roberto Pisciotta and inspired by local produce.
If you fancy a nice excursion in one of the greener corners of London and a little foodie treat, I would advice to venture in Richmond and visit this little gem. The area surrounding Petersham Nurseries is disseminated with various greenhouses and open plant displays showcasing a great variety of seedlings from the nurseries that provide also fresh produce for the restaurant..
On the picturesque market square of the old city of Bari, Piazza Mercantile, is the very good Black & White restaurant. Dishes are inspired by the rich Apulian tradition and refreshed with creative touches by chef Daniele Caldarulo, a representative of a long-standing family tradition of cooking.
